A substantial masonry and timber frame building occupies a stunning greenfield site adjacent a river. The building complex is a beautiful example of a former industrial building occupying a prominent position within the landscape. The building has been stripped down to the historic fabric core and now the process of restoring key structural and heritage features begins, before fitting out with a sensitive but unapologetically modern interior.

The project further develops the Practice's belief and expertise in restoring quality historic buildings with a contemporary design approach, using the best complimentary materials for performance and for aesthetics, befitting of a modern home.
