Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to driving the next chapter in Mailen Design’s digital communications and overall marketing strategy during an exciting time of growth for the practice. We are seeking an experienced digital communications coordinator to lead all of the studios’ digital content alongside our wider public relations strategy. You will be responsible for growing and expanding our digital and social media presence, and will manage all our digital communications, oversee the content and design of our digital marketing materials and publications, as well as work closely with team members to develop creative content to communicate our story.
You will bring a strong knowledge of social media and website management, as well as the ability to use digital analytics to improve comms performance. You are a natural communicator with a flair for writing captivating prose, and can work as part of a team, and independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts and strengthen engagement and visibility across different audiences

Manage the website - create and update content on regular basis to ensure content is engaging and up-to-date

Develop clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators for social media and produce quarterly analytics reports

Create and write engaging content for e-newsletters

Manage the development, design and copywriting of our press releases to ensure compelling and impactful content and design.

Maintain the Client Relationship database
Essential Skills:
-
2-3 years experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and drive followers' base
-
Creative with experience delivering social media campaigns, as well as using and managing social media advertising

Experience working with third parties and suppliers such as graphic designers, PR consultants and copywriters to oversee marketing projects
-
Proficiency in the use of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and improve digital performance
-
Excellent writing skills, with an ability to write compelling and impactful content and adjust tone of voice for different audiences

Ability to set and meet personal deadlines and work independently with minor supervision
Desirable Skills & Interests:

Experience of Photoshop, InDesign or other design programmes

A keen Interest in Architecture, Design, and the Arts
