Produce and review technical and design documentation to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and project specifications.
-
Concept, detail and developed interior architectural proposals for a chain of restaurant projects in London including leading the project management of client and consultant liaison, submission of statutory approvals and landlord submissions
-
Manage site queries, RFIs, submittals, and ongoing contractor engagement during the construction stages.
-
Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new and existing clients where required.
