Renovation of Grade 1 listed building to high-end women's contemporary fashion retail department

Working alongside Campaign Design, the practice worked from design through to completion to deliver a large scale refurbishment of the Women’s Designer Studio on the 3rd Floor of Selfridges, London. 

 

The project involved the complete strip out of the all finishes back to the original structure and construction of a new design with exposed ‘as found’ elements of the existing building whilst bringing a complete design up to the standard one would expect of such a prestigious building. 

 

Collaborations with design and fashion icons, Gary Card, Paternity, UVA and  Anna Lomax created unique follies with the space to provide striking folly features to contrast against the exposed concrete and brick interiors.
