Redevelopment of a Grade II* Listed gallery & events space

This feasibility study seeks to bring life back into a slightly neglected arts and performance building in Southern England through the introduction of new cafe, bar and gallery spaces to compliment an existing 'theatre in the round' space. Housed within a Listed victorian building designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott and dating back to 1862.

Modern gallery facilities to the entrance of the building create a multi arts experience when hosting performances under the large glazed cupola roof at the centre of the building. A modern cafe and bar is housed within a sensitive contemporary extension to the rear within an underutilised courtyard space.
