A central London showroom showcasing Domus’ extensive range of Italian tile products delivered in collaboration with leading design agency I-AM in a sensitive Central London street. 

 

We converted a former art gallery adjacent to Oxford Street into a display space, practical working environment and venue for design industry events. Materials were chosen and detailed to form crisp and vibrant interiors in which new polished surfaces contrast with the building shell’s raw concrete structure. 

 

Ground floor and basement are connected by a feature steel staircase where frameless glass and inlaid precision-cut ceramics display the client’s commitment to craft in the heart of their showroom. Bespoke joinery and furniture have been designed to adapt to future uses and to robustly weather the heavy wear of a working showroom.
